Introduction

 Ks Institute of Technology established its Placement and Training departments in the year 2004. The number of recruiting organizations has increased every year. Many reputed companies visit the KSIT campus annually to conduct the recruiting process. For company presentations, group discussions, interviews, etc., the KSIT provides facilities like a seminar hall and conference hall. 

These are done to explore the talented engineers to recruit for better organizations. The KS Institute of Technology Placements department coordinates with 100 leading companies that recruit engineers.

Responsibilities of KS Institute of Technology Placements

• The college provides job opportunities to students through on-campus, off-campus, centralized campus, and state-level placement programs and job fairs.

• The college offers pre-placement training to all graduate students by the top professional trainers to train students throughout the year with technical analytics and soft skills.

• The placements department coordinates and provides projects, training, industrial visits, guest lectures, and other activities based on programs.

• The department used to provide campus connect programs and workshops by the top companies, INFOSYS, WIPRO, etc., for the benefit of the students.

  Ks Institute of Technology has an average placement rate of 70%-85%, depending on the branch. CSE, ISE, and ECE branches have higher placements, while mechanical and civil have fewer opportunities in the IT sector. The average package is about 4-6 LPA. KSIT attracts many IT-based recruiters with some core companies for non-IT branches. It also provides pre-placement training, coding boot camps, aptitude tests, and soft skills development. The alumni network is moderate.
